Before joining DataNimbus, Hitesh served as Vice President – Digital Transformation & Growth Leader at Tekgeminus, where he drove strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth and digital adoption. Prior to that, he spent over four years with Persistent Systems, where he led the Integration Practice as Head of Growth & Strategic Solutions and Head of Solutions & Strategy. During his tenure, he successfully built technology accelerators, enhanced client engagement, and drove transformative outcomes across multiple industries.
Hitesh co-founded CAPIOT Software, a middleware and cloud technology firm later acquired by Persistent Systems, where he served as Director – Strategic Solutions. His earlier career includes impactful roles with TIBCO, Deloitte, Patni Computer Systems, Intelliswift (an LTTS company), InfoKey Computers, and Syscon Inc., where he contributed to large-scale enterprise transformations, IT modernization programs, and digital enablement across global markets.
At DataNimbus, Hitesh will focus on strengthening the company’s payments innovation strategy, driving digital scalability, and expanding partnerships to enhance customer experience and operational agility.
