Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 – Aatreyee Dam has joined The Hackett Group Inc. as Team Lead – Learning & Development. In this new role, she will spearhead strategic learning initiatives, align employee development with business goals, and enhance organizational capabilities across the global consulting and advisory firm.

Aatreyee brings with her nearly a decade of progressive experience in learning, development, and organizational effectiveness across industries and geographies. Prior to this appointment, she served as Lead – Learning & Development at PNB Housing Finance Limited, where she played a key role in driving impactful learning strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing enterprise-wide development programs.

Before that, Aatreyee held the role of Global Learning & Organizational Development Partner at Biocon Biologics, where she was instrumental in designing personalized learning frameworks, conducting skill assessments, leading change management initiatives, and delivering strategic talent interventions. Her contributions spanned across stakeholder collaboration, DEI initiatives, and aligning L&D with business objectives.

Earlier in her career, she led learning efforts as Learning & Development Manager at HFCL Limited, where she developed leadership and technical training programs, launched employee engagement activities, and implemented performance-enhancing interventions. Her experience also includes successful tenures at SMC Group, LeewayHertz, Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd., and iEnergizer, where she gained hands-on expertise in training design, facilitation, onboarding, and leadership coaching.

Aatreyee holds an MBA in International Business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and has completed a specialized program in People Analytics & Digital HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Her academic foundation and robust industry exposure make him a strong addition to The Hackett Group’s people capability agenda.
