Aayush Shrivastav Appointed as Transformation Officer - International at Egis

Paris, Île-de-France, France — Aayush Shrivastav has been promoted to the position of Transformation Officer – International at Egis, stepping into a pivotal role within the company’s global corporate transformation team. Aayush expressed his excitement about the promotion, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Transformation Officer – International at Egis! Since joining Egis three years ago, Aayush has made significant contributions to the company’s transformation strategies across all international regions. His previous role as a Senior Manager overseeing strategy and transformation in South Asia involved leading major projects to enhance commercial and operational excellence. Previous Tenure:

Prior to his current role at Egis, Aayush was the Associate General Manager – Strategy and Transformation (South Asia) at Egis in Gurugram, India, from April 2023 to March 2024. Here, he played a key role in regional CRM integration and led transformation initiatives that significantly improved business processes and strategic alignments.

Before Egis, Aayush served as a Senior Manager – Strategy and Special Projects at Adfactors PR from June 2019 to May 2021, where he was involved in various strategic transformation projects that substantially increased the company’s business growth and operational efficiency.

Aayush has over a decade of experience in strategic planning and transformation across various industries. His roles have consistently focused on driving change, managing key stakeholder relationships, and implementing innovative growth strategies that align with organizational goals.
