Paris, Île-de-France, France, September 2025 – Aayush Shrivastav has stepped into a new role within the COO Office at Egis, where he will be focused on shaping and scaling the company’s Global Capability Centers (eGCC). In this capacity, Shrivastav will work closely with senior leadership to drive operations across IT, HR, and Finance, while also playing a pivotal role in global transformation and innovation initiatives.
Expressing his excitement about the appointment, Shrivastav shared his gratitude to James Chopty, Cyrille Lamiaux, and Miloud Houat for their leadership and trust, noting that this mission represents a significant opportunity to contribute to Egis’ bold transformation journey.
Shrivastav has been with Egis for over four years, taking on increasingly strategic roles. Most recently, he served as Transformation Officer – International Regions, where he spearheaded global transformation programs across procurement, digital, IT, ESG, and innovation. He was instrumental in conceptualizing and establishing Egis’ Global Capability Center operations, creating a scalable foundation for efficiency and growth.
Prior to that, he held the role of Associate General Manager – Strategy and Transformation for South Asia, where he led regional transformation and strategic planning. Earlier at Egis, he was Deputy General Manager – Strategy and Planning in India, driving strategic initiatives that laid the groundwork for the company’s transformation programs in the region.
Before joining Egis, Shrivastav worked with Adfactors PR as Senior Manager – Strategy and Special Projects, where he spearheaded business transformation initiatives and established a Center of Excellence for cross-selling. His efforts helped accelerate cross-sell growth significantly while advising leadership on GTM strategies and market expansion.
He also brings extensive consulting and global operations experience from KPMG, where over five years he advanced from Team Lead to Manager. At KPMG, he managed large cross-border teams across Europe, ASPAC, and the Middle East, leading programs in sales enablement, capability development, and business growth.
Shrivastav’s early career includes strategic business roles at QAI as Global Business Manager for Strategic Alliances and HCL Infosystems as Senior Key Account Manager, where he drove sales and marketing leadership. He holds advanced education credentials including a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Wigan & Leigh College and University Centre, as well as certifications in Digital Marketing and Leadership from MICA and the Indian School of Business (ISB).
