Vijay Bhaskar A I Appointed as Head of Human Resource Department at Prop Times

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Prop Times has announced the appointment of Vijay Bhaskar A I as Head of Human Resource Department. In his new role, he will lead HR strategy and operations, focusing on workforce development, performance management, and creating an employee-centric culture that aligns with Prop Times’ fast-paced real estate business.

Vijay’s elevation to this position comes after his successful tenure as Deputy General Manager of Sales – Branch Manager at Prop Times, where he demonstrated strong leadership and team development skills. His transition from business leadership to HR underscores the company’s commitment to leveraging cross-functional expertise to strengthen people management and organizational effectiveness.

Vijay brings over two decades of professional experience spanning human resources, sales management, and customer service. Before taking on this new leadership role, he played a pivotal role at Prop Times, leading high-performing sales teams, partnering with Tier 1 builders in Bangalore, and driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Prior to joining Prop Times, Vijay served with IDP Education India Pvt Ltd for six years, where he rose from Counsellor – Canada to Assistant Manager Counselling. In this role, he guided thousands of students in international education counseling, managed recruitment campaigns, and drove student engagement and marketing initiatives across Karnataka.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions in the real estate sector with 360 Realtors LLP and Svamitva, where he managed sales teams, developed strategic partnerships, and implemented marketing campaigns that expanded market presence. His career also includes key roles at Golden Gate Properties, Herbalife India Pvt. Ltd., and HSBC Global Resourcing, where he honed his skills in operations, customer engagement, and team management.
