As Chief Business Officer, Abby will lead human resources, corporate compliance, special projects, and grant management, ensuring that ERPHealth’s expansion is sustainable, data-driven, and ethically grounded. Her mandate also includes strengthening cross-functional collaboration to enhance execution discipline and operational scalability across the organization.
Abby has been with ERPHealth for over five years, playing a pivotal role in its evolution into a recognized leader in digital behavioral health. Prior to her new role, she served as Chief Operating Officer, where she streamlined operations, built performance-driven systems, and championed initiatives that advanced innovation and patient-centered impact. Earlier, as Director of Business Operations, she helped establish ERPHealth’s foundational operational processes, enabling rapid yet disciplined growth.
Before joining ERPHealth, Abby served as Director of Operations & Marketing at UPRx, a healthcare-focused marketing agency that supported multiple partner organizations including Apogee BioPharm and Beacon Infusion. She led the creation of new brands, managed call centers, and launched campaigns that positioned the firm as a key player in healthcare marketing innovation.
Earlier, she gained global experience at LivePerson as Partner Program & Business Development Manager, driving 20% annual revenue growth through strategic affiliate programs and cross-functional marketing leadership. Prior to that, Abby spent over four years with NuMark Israel (a subsidiary of Altria Group), where she progressed through multiple roles including Partner Program Manager and Compliance Officer, overseeing multi-million-dollar programs and ensuring brand integrity.
Abby began her career in education as a School Administrator and Teacher at Sharei Bina in Safed, Israel, where she developed her leadership and organizational management skills. Her career reflects a steady progression from operational leadership to strategic business transformation, underscored by her focus on ethical, growth-oriented leadership.
