Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, November 2024 – Abdallah Othman has joined Terminals Holding LLC as Vice President Human Resources and Admin. – CHRPB. In his new role, Othman will oversee the organization’s HR strategy and administrative operations, driving efficiency and flexibility across the company’s aviation solutions.
Before joining Terminals Holding LLC, Abdallah Othman served as Director of HR & Admin at Global Air Navigation Services L.L.C. for over eight years. During his tenure, he played a key role in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and process optimization, contributing to the growth and operational excellence of the organization.
Prior to that, Othman worked at Abu Dhabi Airports as Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner for eight years. He specialized in HR consulting and project management, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals.
Earlier in his career, Othman was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company (GAMCO), where he gained nearly a decade of experience managing HR functions within the aviation sector. His expertise in HR operations and business partnering helped streamline processes and foster employee engagement.
