In his new position, Abdulmohsen will oversee strategic HR operations, talent development, and organizational excellence at one of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious luxury hotels.
Abdulmohsen’s professional journey reflects over a decade of dedication and expertise in human resources within the hospitality sector. Prior to this promotion, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, where he contributed significantly to talent management and employee engagement strategies.
Before joining The Ritz-Carlton, Abdulmohsen played a pivotal role as Pre-Opening Human Resources Manager at Hilton Riyadh Olaya, where he successfully managed HR processes during the property’s launch phase. His tenure with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC saw him excel as Human Resources Manager and Assistant HR Manager In Charge, leading initiatives in talent acquisition and employee relations at Centro Olaya and Centro Waha properties.
Earlier in his career, Abdulmohsen gained valuable experience with IHG® Hotels & Resorts, progressing from Front Desk Receptionist to HR Coordinator and eventually to HR Officer In Charge at Holiday Inn properties in Riyadh. His deep understanding of HR practices and frontline operations has been instrumental in his career growth.
