Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Arka Fincap Limited has announced the appointment of Abhik Sinha as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new capacity, Abhik will lead the HR function for Arka, a Kirloskar Group company, driving HR strategies and people practices for the growing NBFC.
Previously, Abhik served as SVP & Head – Business HR (Assets), Talent Acquisition (CoE) & HR Transformation at Equitas Small Finance Bank. He managed HR Business Partnering for Asset Verticals, spearheaded HR transformation, led the creation of new business verticals, and was instrumental in the bank’s talent acquisition and workforce strategies as it expanded rapidly.
Before that, he was Vice President & Head – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards and HR Operations at Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, where he unified HR functions across Srei Group’s financial services companies, set up strategic frameworks, and drove organizational alignment across multiple entities.
Earlier, at Tata Motors Finance, Abhik held the position of Assistant Vice President – Talent Management, Employee Engagement and New Initiatives. Here, he played a key role in establishing and leading HR for the South region, later moving on to drive talent management and employee engagement initiatives at a national level.
Abhik’s earlier career spans HR leadership roles with HDFC Bank (as Regional HR Service Manager), where he managed HR operations for 134 retail branches across South India, and Indian Bank (Manager – HR), where he was responsible for key HR interventions in the Chennai region.
