In this leadership role, he will be responsible for building agile, people-first human capital services that integrate empathy, technology, and data to shape exceptional employee experiences and elevate organizational performance at scale.
Abhikalp brings over two decades of experience in human capital transformation, HR strategy, and service delivery. Prior to joining Core42, he served as Vice President – Human Resources at NMC Healthcare, where he led strategic HR initiatives and culture change programs. Earlier, he headed Human Capital & HR PMO at BEEAH Group, where he implemented innovative organizational change and talent management programs across the UAE.
Abhikalp’s earlier tenure at GE spanned over 20 years across multiple senior roles, including VP HR for People Operations and Shared Services – EMEA, where he drove HR transformation, service integration, and digital HR strategies across the region. His extensive experience covers global organizational development, strategic workforce planning, employee services integration, and HR technology implementations, particularly across the MENA region.
