Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2025 – Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Anar Modi as the company’s Chief Heart Officer (CHO), marking a unique and purposeful evolution in leadership that underscores its people-first culture. In this newly designated role, Ms. Modi will continue to champion a workplace where every team member feels supported, heard, and empowered. Anar Modi has been an integral part of Senores Pharmaceuticals since October 2020, serving as HR Leader and playing a pivotal role in shaping a collaborative and growth-oriented organizational culture. Her leadership has significantly contributed to strengthening the company’s employee experience, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered.

She has been a driving force behind our collaborative, growth-oriented, and people-first culture. Her unwavering commitment to employee well-being and organizational development has set a strong foundation for an even brighter future.

Prior to her journey with Senores, she served as Director – Business Development (US & UK) at Espee Group for over eleven years, overseeing operations in the UK and Europe while also managing HR and PR functions across the group. Her versatile experience in both business development and people management reflects her unique ability to integrate strategic foresight with human-centric leadership.

A graduate with an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, Anar brings both academic depth and real-world insight into her new position.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
