OMAHA, Neb., USA, May, 2024 — ACI Worldwide, a global leader in mission-critical, real-time payments solutions, announced the appointment of Praveena Nathawat as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Nathawat will lead ACI’s global human resources (HR) function, driving a high-performing organizational culture and people strategy aligned with its forward-looking business strategy.

Nathawat has more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles in large, global companies, focusing on talent acquisition, talent development, and diversity and inclusion. Most recently, she served as CHRO of Omni-Logistics, an international logistics company acquired by Forward Air. Prior to Omni-Logistics, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Global Operations and Technology at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and held HR leadership roles at Ericsson, General Electric, and Accenture.
