London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — J.P. Morgan has appointed Adam Fegan as Executive Director, marking an important progression in his leadership journey within the firm’s investment and advisory ecosystem. In his new role, Adam is responsible for leading portfolio construction and investment advisory for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, while also contributing at a strategic level as a Member of the Alternative Investments Investment Committee.
As part of his mandate, he will source and underwrite funds, co-investments and secondaries across global markets, and build and manage discretionary and evergreen private market portfolios, strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver sophisticated private market solutions to clients.
In January 2026, Adam Fegan stepped into the role of Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where he is focused on portfolio construction, private market strategy, and investment advisory for HNW clients. This appointment also places him on the Alternative Investments Investment Committee, reflecting deep expertise in investment evaluation and portfolio design.
Prior to this, Adam has been associated with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Private Portfolio Solutions since November 2023, where he has supported private bank clients with tailored investment solutions and advisory.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Adam spent over 8 years with British International Investment (BII) (formerly CDC Group), where he held multiple senior roles and built strong credentials in fund investing and co-investments. Most recently, he served as Director, Co-Investment Lead, where he established BII’s co-investment function, developed the strategy and execution framework, and executed co-investments across multiple geographies and sectors—supporting both fund returns and impact outcomes. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Manager, leading fund and co-investment transactions across South Asia and Africa, managing GP and portfolio company relationships, and ensuring strong financial and ESG oversight.
Earlier at BII, Adam served in the Chief Investment Officer’s Office as Manager, acting as a strategic advisor to the CIO on investment risk, asset allocation and portfolio strategy, while also building and leading the Investment Management & Analytics team and contributing board-level reporting and portfolio system governance.
Adam began building his investment and analytics leadership foundation at Pantheon Ventures, where he served as Global Head of Performance, Risk and Analytics for over five years. In that capacity, he founded and led Pantheon’s global analytics and investment risk function, chaired the investment risk committee, and contributed to research and portfolio construction analytics for global private equity portfolios.
He started his career with Bloomberg as a Senior Equity Analyst, developing a strong analytical base that later shaped his track record across risk, performance, asset allocation, co-investments, and private markets.
