Manish Lal appointed as Head, Global Demand and Supply Organization at Zydus Wellness

Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, October 2025 — Manish Lal has been appointed as the Head, Global Demand and Supply Organization at Zydus Wellness, joining the company’s senior management team. With a career spanning more than two decades across leading FMCG and consumer goods companies, Manish brings with him deep expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, and strategic procurement, making him a key addition to Zydus Wellness’s leadership.

Before joining Zydus Wellness, Manish served as Director – Manufacturing at Mondelēz International, where he led large-scale operational and logistics transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he successfully integrated supply and manufacturing systems across regions, strengthening the organization’s ability to respond to dynamic global market demands.

Earlier, Manish held significant leadership roles at PepsiCo, where he managed pan-India transportation and warehousing networks for both the snacks and beverages divisions. He also contributed to Kraft Heinz as Manager – Asia Pacific, Global Procurement, overseeing strategic sourcing and process standardization across multiple countries. His prior stints at Johnson & Johnson, Total Lubricants, Asian Paints, and Bajaj Auto Ltd. further enriched his experience across end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing ecosystems.

With a proven record of driving operational agility, digital transformation, and strategic cost optimization, Manish is well-positioned to lead Zydus Wellness’s integrated global demand and supply organization. His leadership will focus on enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting the company’s growth ambitions across diverse geographies.

Manish holds a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (formerly NITIE), and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
