With over 16 years of experience across global network agencies, Saksham brings deep expertise in integrated communications, brand strategy, and digital transformation, positioning him to lead FCB Neo’s next phase of innovation-driven growth.

Before taking on this leadership role, Saksham served as Associate Vice President at Cheil Worldwide (Samsung Group), where he spearheaded flagship campaigns for Samsung’s mobile and connected ecosystem. His tenure at Cheil was marked by the successful orchestration of full-funnel, data-driven marketing programs that combined creativity with measurable business outcomes.

Saksham’s professional journey also includes pivotal roles at Ogilvy, McCann Worldgroup, Publicis, BBDO India, and FCB Global. At Ogilvy, he led key mandates for Perfetti Van Melle, Pernod Ricard India, BMW MINI, and Dupont, delivering over 40 large-scale integrated campaigns. During his earlier stint with FCB Global, he managed brand communication for Whirlpool Corporation across India, overseeing multi-category campaigns that reinforced the brand’s market leadership.

Returning to the FCB network, Saksham will now lead FCB Neo’s mission to fuse creativity, technology, and business intelligence, delivering integrated, insight-led marketing solutions for clients in India and beyond. His leadership reflects FCB India’s commitment to building a future-ready, full-service network that drives impact across creative, digital, and media touchpoints.
