Gurugram, India, July 2026 – adidas has appointed Neelam Kishanpuria as Director, HR Services – Emerging Markets, strengthening its HR leadership team as the company continues to enhance employee experience, operational excellence, and people services across its high-growth emerging markets portfolio.
In her new role, Kishanpuria will lead HR services strategy and operations across adidas’ Emerging Markets business, focusing on service delivery excellence, payroll governance, process transformation, employee experience, compliance, and the modernization of HR operations to support business growth across diverse geographies.
Kishanpuria joins adidas after an accomplished career spanning more than 15 years in payroll operations, HR services, compliance, and people transformation. Most recently, she served as Director Payroll at BlackRock, where she led payroll operations and transformation initiatives for one of the world’s largest asset management organizations. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President Payroll at BlackRock for nearly nine years, contributing significantly to payroll governance, operational excellence, and large-scale people service delivery.
Before BlackRock, she worked as Senior Payroll Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, managing payroll operations and compliance across India and the Philippines. Earlier, she served as Payroll Specialist at Aon Hewitt, where she managed payroll operations and employee benefits administration for Hindustan Coca-Cola employees across India. She began her professional journey with iTrust Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd., working in client relationship management and financial advisory services.
Her appointment reflects adidas’ continued investment in strengthening HR operations and employee services capabilities across emerging markets while driving greater efficiency, compliance, and employee-centric service delivery.
