Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Aditya Kankaria has joined Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia as Senior Director – Integrated Operations, HCCB.
With over 16 years of leadership experience across the telecom and FMCG sectors, Aditya will oversee integrated operations with a focus on driving operational excellence, accelerating transformation initiatives and enabling sustainable and profitable growth. He will play an integral role in collaborating with bottling partners and cross-functional teams to strengthen commercial execution and build capabilities across the business.
Prior to joining HCCB, Aditya served as CEO of Airtel’s Mumbai Circle, where he drove market leadership, consumer growth and profitability. Before Airtel, he spent several years at Unilever across South Asia and Bangladesh, most recently leading the Nutrition, Foods and Refreshments business.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and NIT Tiruchirappalli, Aditya brings extensive experience in business leadership, transformation and commercial operations.
