Fort Worth, Texas, United States, October 2025 — DICK’S Sporting Goods has announced the appointment of Adrianne Kelly as Director of Human Resources – Supply Chain, marking an exciting chapter in the company’s continued investment in people and logistics excellence. With over 15 years of leadership experience across HR, operations, and organizational capability, Adrianne brings deep expertise in change management, talent development, and workforce transformation to her new role.
In this position, Adrianne will lead HR strategy and operations for the company’s new distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, a key part of DICK’S national supply chain expansion. She will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring the successful startup of the facility’s large-scale operations — supporting DICK’S ongoing commitment to excellence in service, culture, and operational agility.
Before her current appointment, Adrianne served as Human Resources Director – Central Region and earlier as Director – HR Business Partner, Southeast Region at DICK’S Sporting Goods. She supported thousands of associates across multiple U.S. states, driving employee relations, learning and development, and change management initiatives for field teams and leadership. Her people-first leadership approach and focus on empowering teams helped shape a high-performing, inclusive culture across the organization’s vast retail and supply chain footprint.
Prior to joining DICK’S, Adrianne spent over eight years at PepsiCo, where she progressed through several key leadership roles including Change Management Manager and Region Capability Manager at Frito-Lay North America. She led learning and development programs across 14 states, supporting more than 4,000 frontline employees and 400 managers, while spearheading regional onboarding, leadership training, and capability enhancement programs. Her success in aligning people strategy with business outcomes earned her recognition as a transformational HR leader within PepsiCo’s global network.
Earlier in her career, Adrianne gained diverse operations and leadership experience as Facility Operations Manager and District Sales Leader at Frito-Lay, and as District Manager at ALDI Stores, where she managed multi-unit retail operations with a focus on people, process, and profitability. These foundational experiences equipped her with a unique blend of HR insight and business acumen across both corporate and frontline environments.
Adrianne holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, where she honed her expertise in organizational strategy, change leadership, and employee development.
