Norman, Oklahoma, United States, March 2025 – Aimee Lane has been appointed as Director, Talent Acquisition at Enverus. In this role, she will lead global talent acquisition efforts, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and strengthen employer branding to support Enverus’ continued growth as a leader in the energy intelligence sector.
Aimee has been with Enverus for nearly four years, where she has played a pivotal role in expanding talent strategies and optimizing global recruitment operations. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, overseeing the company’s hiring framework and workforce planning. Before that, as Manager, Talent Acquisition, she led efforts to streamline recruitment processes and attract top talent to align with Enverus’ long-term business goals.
Before joining Enverus, Aimee worked at CBRE as a Senior Recruiter, where she spearheaded recruiting initiatives for marketing, HR, and finance roles, along with project management responsibilities for the company’s HOST division. She was instrumental in building hiring strategies and improving candidate experience across various functions.
Prior to that, Aimee spent over five years at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she served as Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, she managed multi-regional hiring strategies across corporate-managed hotels and led veteran and military spouse recruiting programs, strengthening the company’s employer brand within the hospitality industry.
Earlier in her career, Aimee held recruitment leadership roles at AGResearch International, LLC. and MRI Network Global Search, where she gained full-cycle recruiting expertise across diverse industries, including defense, manufacturing, finance, hospitality, and healthcare. These experiences solidified her ability to build high-performing teams and develop scalable hiring solutions.
