Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 – New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd. (NCCCL) has appointed Ajay Singh Pardeshi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening the organisation’s leadership bench as it expands nationwide and enters its next phase of EPC growth. In this critical mandate, Ajay will drive enterprise-wide people strategy, labour systems, site-level governance, and structured workforce practices across NCCCL’s diverse and complex project portfolio.
Before stepping into his new role at NCCCL, Ajay had already been associated with Sanchay Enterprises as Consultant – Administration, Security, IR & Labour Resource, where he supported multi-location construction sites with governance frameworks, statutory documentation, emergency response planning, and cross-functional operational coordination. His consulting stint strengthened his capabilities in labour mobilisation, vendor management, safety oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to that, Ajay spent over 13 years at Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, holding leadership positions including General Manager – Administration and Head of Corporate Affairs – Admin, IR & Labour Resource. In this extensive tenure, he spearheaded PAN-India administration, labour resource strategy, HR operations, policy development, compliance frameworks, training delivery, and large-scale labour governance mechanisms. His leadership shaped welfare practices, strengthened operational control, and supported several flagship construction projects across the country.
Earlier, Ajay gained critical managerial experience at Zoom Developers as Assistant Manager – Administration, where he led administrative operations for three offices and built strong foundations in vendor evaluation, payroll support, statutory coordination, and procedural governance. His contributions enabled smooth office operations and cross-functional service delivery across multiple locations.
His early professional journey includes key roles at Unisource Worldwide, Inc. as Senior Executive – Administration, followed by Wipro BPO as Assignment Manager, where he built proficiency in approvals, vendor coordination, event oversight, and human process management. These foundational years shaped his understanding of workforce dynamics, operational structures, and cross-team collaboration, forming the base for his subsequent growth into senior HR and administration roles.
Academically, Ajay holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Jaipur National University, strengthening his grounding in HR strategy, labour systems, and organisational development—competencies that continue to guide his leadership approach.
