Jacksonville Beach, Florida, USA, September 2025 — Akanksha Puri has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at SourceFuse. In this leadership role, she is responsible for crafting strategies that support significant headcount growth and implementing talent engagement programs to support SourceFuse’s continued growth in digital transformation and cloud-native technologies.
Akanksha has been a part of SourceFuse for more than five years. Most recently, she served as Director HR, where she was instrumental in shaping HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Before that, she worked as Associate Director HR, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s workforce and aligning people practices with business priorities.
Prior to SourceFuse, Akanksha was Senior Manager – HRBP at Nexxo, where she led strategic HR initiatives and talent management frameworks to support organizational growth. Earlier, she served as Manager – HRBP at Trantor, where she drove HR business partnering to strengthen workforce engagement and people processes.
Her earlier career includes a six-year tenure at Basware, where she advanced from HR Specialist to Assistant Manager HR, gaining deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations across global teams. These formative years laid a strong foundation for her expertise in human resources leadership.
With her progressive HR career across technology-driven organizations, Akanksha brings a strong mix of strategic vision and operational excellence.
