Portland, Oregon, United States, December 2025 – DigiCert has appointed Akhila Katragadda as Vice President, Global People Partners, reinforcing its global people leadership framework as the company continues to scale its digital trust and cybersecurity operations worldwide.
In her current role at DigiCert, Akhila Katragadda leads the Global People Partners function, overseeing strategic HR partnering across regions and strengthening people governance, leadership enablement, workforce transformation, and culture integration across the enterprise.
Prior to this elevation, she served as Director, People Partners – AMS and APJ at DigiCert, where she led multi-region people strategies and strengthened leadership capability across high-growth technology functions. Earlier, she was Head of People Partners, AMS, driving HR business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Americas operations.
Before joining DigiCert, Akhila held progressive HR leadership roles at ServiceTitan and Autodesk-owned Innovyze, where she served as Human Resources Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner, supporting business transformation, leadership development, and workforce scaling initiatives.
She began her HR leadership journey with Bureau Veritas, gaining strong experience in people partnering, compliance, and organizational development within global technical services environments.
Education
Akhila Katragadda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Interpersonal) and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, providing a strong academic foundation in people development, leadership enablement, and organizational strategy.
