Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Koantek has appointed Akshat P. S. as Senior Vice President (SVP), CMEG & Manufacturing Business Unit. In his new role, Akshat will lead the CMEG and Manufacturing verticals, strengthening Koantek’s Data + AI modernization agenda and accelerating enterprise transformation initiatives across global manufacturing ecosystems.
Akshat brings deep expertise in analytics, cloud data migration, and large-scale digital transformation across global consulting and technology organizations.
Prior to joining Koantek as SVP, CMEG & Manufacturing Business Unit, Akshat P. S. served as Senior Director, I&D Global Practice – North America at Capgemini, where he led data, intelligence, and digital transformation programs across large enterprise portfolios, driving modernization and value realization through advanced analytics and data engineering initiatives.
Before Capgemini, Akshat held the role of Leader, Business & DI (Cloud Data Migration Practice – North America) at Accenture, where he led cloud-led data migration programs, enabling large-scale enterprise transitions to modern data platforms.
Earlier in his career, he spent over eight years with Genpact as Senior Manager, Analytics Advisory, delivering analytics-led transformation programs and building enterprise analytics advisory capabilities for global clients.
Akshat’s foundational consulting and engineering experience was built at Accenture – Avanade, where he worked as SME – BI, Data Management and Analytics and later as Analytics Engineer at Avanade, focusing on Microsoft data platforms, enterprise BI, data warehousing, and governance architectures while leading cross-geography delivery programs and high-impact client engagements.
