Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Dinesh Jangle has joined General Mills as Global Payroll Lead, marking a significant career milestone. In his new role, Dinesh will be responsible for leading global payroll operations, strengthening governance, and ensuring scalable, compliant payroll processes across regions.
Before joining General Mills, Dinesh spent over 16 years at Accenture, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager. During his tenure, he built deep expertise in global payroll transformation, process optimisation, and large-scale delivery across complex client environments.
Earlier in his career, Dinesh held specialist payroll and consulting roles at SMUD, LTX-Credence, Deloitte Consulting, and Tata Consultancy Services, developing strong foundations in payroll systems, business analysis, and consulting-led delivery. This blend of consulting and in-house experience positions him well to support General Mills’ global payroll strategy.
