Armonk, New York, United States, December 2025 — Regeneron has promoted Alana Silverman to the role of Senior Director, Change & Engagement – Business Transformation, recognizing her sustained leadership in driving large-scale organizational transformation, enterprise change capability, and people-centric adoption across complex, global environments.
Alana Silverman has spent nearly a decade at Regeneron, where she most recently served as Head of Business Transformation, leading strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Prior to this, she headed the Project Management Office, and earlier served as Head, Clinical Operations Services, building operational excellence frameworks and leading enterprise-wide change enablement initiatives that strengthened adoption, governance, and cross-functional execution.
Before joining Regeneron, Alana built deep expertise at Shionogi Inc., where she served as Head of Clinical Research Operations, overseeing operational transformation and delivery excellence across research programs.
Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Merck & Co., Inc., progressing through multiple leadership roles including Associate Director, Project Management, Senior Clinical Program Manager, and Medical Program Coordinator, developing strong foundations in clinical operations, enterprise program leadership, and large-scale change execution.
Her career began at Merck as a Molecular Biologist, grounding her transformation leadership with deep scientific and operational credibility.
