Rome, Latium, Italy, February 2026 — Alessandra Ricci has started a new position as Executive Director at Maire Investments. In this role, she will contribute to the group’s strategic investment direction and portfolio leadership, leveraging her deep expertise across structured finance, project finance, corporate finance, and risk management.
Before joining Maire Investments, Alessandra Ricci held multiple senior leadership responsibilities at SACE, including serving briefly as Director and, prior to that, as Chief Executive Officer and General Director for over three years in Rome, Italy. In this capacity, she led the organisation’s strategic priorities, drawing on extensive experience in banking, corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, and project finance.
Earlier at SACE, she spent over a decade in progressively senior roles that included Chief Business Officer, Head of Corporate and Investment Finance, Head of New Markets and Business Initiatives, and Deputy Head of Export and Structured Finance, among other leadership positions—building strong cross-functional expertise across export finance, structured finance, operations management, and new market development.
Prior to her long tenure at SACE, she served for nearly three years as Chief Executive Officer at SIMEST Spa, based in Rome, where she played a leadership role in strengthening business support and financing initiatives.
She began her earlier professional journey with more than a decade at MCC S.p.A., where she served as Project Finance – Associate Director, building strong foundations in finance leadership and investment-driven decision-making.
