Maclodio, Brescia, Italy, September 2025 – Gnutti Carlo Group has announced the appointment of Alessandro Treccani as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this capacity, Alessandro will lead global HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development for the company’s international operations, supporting its growth across Europe, America, and Asia.
Alessandro most recently served as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Tenneco in Michigan, United States, where he directed HR strategy for a global workforce and played a pivotal role in organizational transformation.
Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of HR Operations, Logistics & Distribution at EssilorLuxottica across the USA, Mexico, and Canada. He oversaw HR for a vast network of more than 100 manufacturing facilities and 20 distribution centers, serving over 14,000 associates in North America.
Earlier, Alessandro built a strong career over 14 years at BorgWarner Inc., where he held multiple HR leadership roles including Regional HR Director – Emission Thermal Turbo Systems North America, HR Director – Turbo Systems USA, HR Director Japan – Morse Systems Japan, HR Senior Manager Poland & Italy, and HR Manager – Morse Systems Italy. His experience in these roles gave him deep international exposure across North America, Europe, and Asia.
He began his HR journey with Comer Industries as Union and Employee Relations Manager and with Confindustria as Labor Law & Unions Negotiation Counsel, developing a foundation in labor relations and negotiation.
Alessandro holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 24ORE Business School, equipping him with both strategic business acumen and specialized expertise in labor relations.
