His remit includes delivering scalable platforms, strengthening product and engineering excellence, and enabling sustainable business growth through data, AI, cloud modernization, and customer-centric innovation.
In his most recent leadership responsibilities at Pomelo Fashion, Seeraj Ahmad served as Chief Technology Officer & Head of Market Expansion, where he strengthened platform scalability, led AI-driven personalization, advanced cloud migration, and enabled data-driven decision-making across business verticals. Across several years with the organization, he has built and mentored large cross-functional technology teams and driven high-impact digital transformation, architecture modernization, cybersecurity, strategic partnerships, customer experience enhancements, and product innovation across multiple regions.
Prior to this, he served as Head of Technology and Global Vice President for Tech at Pomelo Fashion, where he led the full technology strategy, digital architecture, and engineering transformation across eCommerce, retail, trading, merchandising, and operational systems. He delivered scalable cloud architectures, strengthened enterprise data engineering, embedded AI/ML models, improved operational efficiencies, and enabled omnichannel experiences. He also oversaw global delivery, resource optimization, and enterprise-wide program execution while leading teams across engineering, BI, data science, and IT.
Before joining Pomelo Fashion, Seeraj played a series of expanding roles driving product and platform innovation, including Head of Product, Head of Platform, Director of Product Management, and Senior Product Owner across organizations such as True Digital Group, where he led AI-powered AdTech platform development, product roadmaps, and end-to-end solution design. His career also includes entrepreneurial leadership as Director at Alcanzar Software Solutions, scaling a global tech consulting startup, delivering enterprise digital solutions, and leading distributed teams across multiple regions.
Earlier in his career, he built strong foundations in engineering, software development, and enterprise solution delivery through impactful roles at BenchPrep, Medma Infomatix, Patni Computer Systems, Cadence Design Systems, and Wipro Technologies. His experience spans compiler development, chip verification, enterprise systems, mobile applications, SaaS product engineering, cloud solutions, architecture design, and consulting leadership across APAC, North America, Middle East, and Europe.
