Alexa joined Kymanox in March 2021 and has held various roles within the organization. She started as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where she demonstrated her expertise in HR practices and contributed significantly to the company’s growth. In November 2022, she was promoted to HR Manager, a role in which she excelled by implementing effective HR strategies and fostering a positive work environment. Her dedication and hard work have now led to her appointment as Associate Director, Human Resources.

Before joining Kymanox, Alexa worked as a Human Resources Partner + Consultant at Glenwood South Tailors + Alterations from 2018 to 2022. In this role, she provided HR consultancy services and partnered with the management to enhance HR processes and employee engagement.

In 2020, Alexa served as a Human Resources Generalist at Protolabs in the Raleigh-Durham area. Her contributions included managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prior to that, in 2019, Alexa worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Asteelflash, where she was responsible for coordinating HR activities and supporting the HR team in various functions.

From 2015 to 2017, Alexa was the BD and Recruitment Manager at BlueStaff in Cary, NC. She played a crucial role in business development and recruitment, contributing to the company’s success by identifying and attracting top talent.
