Omaha, Nebraska, United States, February 2025 – Alexander Cayetano has been appointed as Chief Talent Officer at the Greater Omaha Chamber, where he will lead strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, talent growth, and fostering a culture of belonging and engagement. In his new role, Alexander will drive workforce development, implement innovative HR strategies, and collaborate with local business leaders to ensure Omaha remains a thriving economic hub.
As Chief Talent Officer, Alexander will focus on enhancing organizational culture, building leadership pipelines, and strengthening talent attraction and retention efforts. His commitment to people and culture, performance management, and professional development positions him as a key leader in shaping Omaha’s workforce strategy and business community growth.

Alexander has been with the Greater Omaha Chamber for three years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Leadership Development, where he was instrumental in creating leadership programs and talent initiatives that contributed to the Chamber’s mission of empowering local businesses. Before that, he served as Program Manager for Leadership Development, playing a key role in enhancing community engagement and workforce readiness programs.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Alexander spent nearly five years at CASA for Douglas County, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Volunteer & Community Engagement. In this capacity, he led public awareness, recruitment, training, and community partnership initiatives that strengthened CASA’s impact in Omaha.
Earlier in his career, Alexander served as Vocation Director at Christ the King Priory, where he mentored and guided individuals in leadership development and spiritual growth. His background also includes time at The Hope Center for Kids as a Volunteer Coordinator, and at Catholic Charities Omaha as Site Coordinator & Board of Immigration Appeals Accredited Representative, where he developed community integration programs and provided legal assistance for immigrant populations.
