London, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Alexandra Bode-Tunji has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Change Grow Live, a leading health and social care charity. In her role, Alexandra will spearhead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on talent management, culture transformation, and employee well-being as part of Change Grow Live’s mission to deliver critical social services across the UK.
Before joining Change Grow Live, Alexandra Bode-Tunji served as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust. In this role, she led strategic initiatives and transformation efforts for over a year, driving significant organizational change. Additionally, Alexandra served as the Chief People Officer at the Trust, where she implemented HR strategies that aligned with the organization’s growth objectives, fostering a culture of inclusion and operational efficiency.
Prior to her tenure at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust, Alexandra was the Director of HR at Buckinghamshire New University, where she led the development and execution of the university’s People Strategy. Her leadership helped transform the university’s ways of working, focusing on cultural change and innovation in human resources.
Alexandra also held various key roles at Transport for London, including Programme Lead – People Transformation. She directed a change programme that transformed the customer experience and led organization design and development initiatives, generating substantial savings for the organization. Her experience in large-scale HR transformation and people operations positions her well to lead Change Grow Live’s ambitious people-centered goals.
