Chalfont St Peter, England, October 2024 – Jacqui Taylor has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at RWS Group, a global leader in technology-enabled language, content management, and intellectual property services. In her new role, Jacqui will drive the company’s people strategy and focus on enhancing employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.
Jacqui brings extensive HR leadership experience from her previous role as VP HR – SSG & IP Services at RWS Group, where she was instrumental in leading key HR initiatives and supporting strategic business functions.
Jacqui has a robust background in Human Resources and People Strategy. Before her promotion at RWS Group, she served as VP HR – SSG & IP Services, where she led HR operations for the global transcreation and linguistics solutions division. Prior to joining RWS, she was the HR Director for Protective & Marine EMEAI at Sherwin-Williams, where she led HR strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Jacqui’s earlier career highlights include her role as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at EDM Group, where she spearheaded M&A activities, cultural development, and performance management. She also held leadership roles at Exova Group Limited as HR Director for the Global Products Division, and various senior HR positions at Speedy Hire PLC and Hilti Group.
Jacqui’s expertise in M&A integration, cultural development, and strategic HR leadership makes her a strong fit for her new role at RWS Group, where she will oversee HR strategy and initiatives on a global scale.
