Boston, Massachusetts, United States, September 2025 – Workday, a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, has announced the appointment of Alexandra Tyburski as Director, People Business Partner – Platform. In her new role, Alexandra will lead HR business partnering for Workday’s platform organization, aligning people strategy with business priorities to drive innovation, engagement, and performance across the global workforce.
Alexandra Tyburski brings over a decade of progressive experience in human resources, spanning technology, operations, and organizational development. She has been with Workday for over eight years, during which she has grown through multiple HR leadership roles across the company’s technology and product divisions.
Most recently, she served as Principal HR Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in shaping Workday’s people strategy for its product and technology organizations. She focused on developing scalable HR solutions, fostering leadership capability, and driving workforce planning and talent programs across the global enterprise.
Before that, Alexandra held roles as Senior HR Business Partner – Technology, Senior HR Business Partner – Products, HR Business Partner, and Senior HR Representative. Across these positions, she contributed to strengthening Workday’s culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion—building trusted partnerships with senior leadership teams and implementing people-first strategies that reinforced employee engagement and retention.
Prior to joining Workday, Alexandra was People Operations Generalist at DoubleDutch (now part of Cvent), where she led initiatives in employee performance management, goal tracking, and recognition programs to support organizational growth in the SaaS industry. Earlier in her career, she worked at GoodData, where she was instrumental in implementing onboarding, engagement, and training programs that enhanced employee experience across global teams.
Alexandra began her professional journey in the insurance sector with Zurich North America and PartnerRe, where she developed a strong foundation in operations and risk management before transitioning into HR. Her career path reflects a consistent focus on aligning people strategies with organizational transformation in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
