Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Refroid Technologies Private Limited has announced the appointment of Vijay Sampathkumar as Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this role, Vijay will lead the company’s global business strategy, go-to-market expansion, and strategic partnerships as Refroid accelerates its position in advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI and high-density data center infrastructure.
At a time when AI workloads are significantly increasing compute and power density, Refroid is focused on delivering next-generation thermal management solutions, and Vijay’s leadership is expected to play a key role in scaling its global presence and ecosystem partnerships.
Prior to joining Refroid Technologies, Vijay Sampathkumar served as Vice President – India & South East Asia at ZutaCore, where he led regional growth initiatives, driving adoption of advanced liquid cooling technologies and enabling enterprises to enhance energy efficiency, scalability, and sustainability in data center operations.
Earlier at ZutaCore, he also served as Country Manager – India, where he focused on establishing strategic partnerships and introducing innovative cooling solutions tailored for the Indian market, supporting sustainability and net-zero initiatives.
Before this, Vijay was Director – Operations & Sales and Co-Founder at ArBhar Consulting Private Limited, where he built and scaled a consulting business, driving market expansion, operational efficiency, and sustained growth.
He also held leadership roles at Iron Mountain as Commercial Director, where he led business operations and strategic partnerships, and at Dell as Country Lead – Channels (Enterprise Solutions), driving enterprise business growth and partner ecosystem development across India.
His earlier experience includes roles at Hitachi Data Systems, Symantec, and NetScout Systems, where he built deep expertise in enterprise technology, strategic accounts, and channel development, laying the foundation for a strong career spanning over three decades in the technology and infrastructure space. In his current role, he is responsible for driving global business growth, ecosystem development, and scaling Refroid’s advanced cooling and power infrastructure solutions.
