Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Alexandria will leverage her extensive HR experience to support strategic people initiatives and strengthen the company’s human capital framework.
Career Journey
Before joining Wells Fargo, Alexandria spent over three years at Bank of America, where she held several key positions in human resources. She most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources Manager, and earlier as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Manager and Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Consultant, contributing to leadership development, engagement planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to that, Alexandria served as HR Manager at Varsity Campus, overseeing talent operations and employee engagement strategies across multiple locations. Her proactive leadership helped streamline HR processes and improve team culture in the organization.
Earlier in her career, she was a Human Resources Generalist at Fameccanica North America, where she managed end-to-end HR operations and compliance functions. She also began her professional journey as a Human Resources Coordinator at Integral Manufacturing, where she gained foundational experience in HR administration and recruitment support.
