Montréal, Québec, Canada, December 2024 – EPIQ Machinery has announced the appointment of Alexandrine Commo as its new Chief Culture and Talent Officer, marking a significant step in enhancing its commitment to employee-centered growth and innovation. Commo officially joins the Executive Team with the mission of placing employees at the core of EPIQ’s strategy, fostering an inclusive work environment, and supporting professional development across the organization.
Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Commo stated, “It is with great pride that I accept this responsibility. With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Alexandrine Commo brings a rich background in talent management and organizational culture to her new role at EPIQ Machinery.
Prior to this, Commo served as Directrice Culture et Talents at EPIQ Machinery, where she was instrumental in implementing innovative talent strategies and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Her experience also includes a tenure at GO ROCK IT as Directrice Affaires, Culture et Talents, where she led a team of recruiters and HR coordinators, provided strategic guidance to senior management, and spearheaded HR policy implementation and talent development initiatives.
Before that, Commo held roles at Alithya, including Gestionnaire d’encadrement, where she managed a team of 50 collaborators across Canada, driving career development and performance improvement. Her earlier career also includes pivotal roles at Logibec, focusing on talent acquisition and cultural transformation.
