Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2026 — InnovationM has welcomed Ritika Verma as Head – TA & Resource Management. As the company continues to scale, her appointment is expected to strengthen the talent engine that supports InnovationM’s next phase of growth.
In her new role, Ritika Verma will lead talent acquisition and resource management priorities, helping build scalable hiring systems, strengthen workforce planning, and support delivery readiness across teams. Her mandate aligns with InnovationM’s focus on building high-performing teams to deliver intelligent, AI-led solutions for enterprise clients.
Before joining InnovationM, Ritika Verma worked with Stefanini North America and APAC, where she progressed through roles including Talent Acquisition Lead and Associate Manager, building experience in end-to-end hiring leadership, team management, and recruitment execution aligned with business growth priorities.
Earlier, she spent over five years with Tekshapers, serving as Principal Consultant – Talent Acquisition, Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting multi-level hiring and strengthening recruitment processes across business needs.
Prior to that, she worked as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at EROS Technologies Inc, building expertise in consultative hiring, stakeholder partnership, and talent pipeline development.
Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Executive at DNA Real Estate Private Limited, supporting foundational HR operations and talent-related responsibilities.
