Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, March 2025 – Alicia Dhalla has been appointed as Senior Director, People & Culture at Brightline West Trains, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development. In this role, she will focus on enhancing workforce engagement, implementing HR strategies, and driving cultural transformation to support Brightline West’s growing operations.
Prior to joining Brightline West, Alicia served as Human Resources Director at INVNT GROUP, where she was instrumental in mergers and acquisitions, HR system implementations, and compensation planning. She played a pivotal role in establishing HR best practices, optimizing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring multi-state compliance while working closely with C-suite executives to align HR functions with business objectives.
Before her tenure at INVNT GROUP, Alicia spent nearly six years at UHS, where she held leadership roles including Human Resources Director. She led a team of eight HR professionals, overseeing talent acquisition and HR functions across multiple acute-care facilities. She also drove HR due diligence for company acquisitions, spearheaded employee engagement programs, and implemented strategic workforce planning initiatives impacting over 10,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, Alicia gained extensive experience in HR operations at Hilton Grand Vacations, where she managed high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning. She played a key role in scaling the Las Vegas office from 250 to over 1,500 employees and implemented programs to enhance retention, leadership development, and compensation structures.
