Shilpi Sinha Promoted to Vice President at Deutsche Bank

In her new role as Vice President, Shilpi will continue to strengthen front office hiring and strategic talent acquisition initiatives, supporting Deutsche Bank’s corporate, private, and investment banking functions. Her promotion reflects her consistent contributions to building high-impact talent pipelines aligned with the bank’s global growth strategy.

Shilpi has been associated with Deutsche Bank since April 2020, where she has been serving as AVP – Front Office Hiring Lead. Over nearly six years, she has played a pivotal role in leading talent acquisition for front office functions, partnering with business leaders to deliver specialized hiring solutions in a highly competitive financial services landscape.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, she served as Manager – Human Capital at PwC, driving people strategy and talent initiatives. Earlier, she spent six years at Deloitte, progressing through multiple talent acquisition leadership roles including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager – Talent Acquisition, building deep expertise in hiring for complex professional services environments.

Her earlier career includes HR and recruitment roles at Mphasis, Ma Foi Management Consultants, EmmayHR, Net Connect Pvt Ltd, and First Advantage, laying a strong foundation in BFSI and corporate recruitment.

With close to two decades of experience in talent acquisition, front office hiring, and HR leadership across global banking and consulting organizations, Shilpi Sinha’s elevation to Vice President underscores her strategic impact and leadership capabilities within Deutsche Bank.
