Bellevue, Washington, United States, December 2025 – Alicia Quaco has been appointed as President – North Puget Sound Clinically Integrated Network at PSW, taking charge of one of the most advanced value-based healthcare networks in the Pacific Northwest. In her new role, she will lead strategic, operational, clinical and payer-integration initiatives across an extensive multi-provider ecosystem, strengthening PSW’s population health and accountable care delivery model.
In her current role at PSW, Alicia leads the North Puget Sound Clinically Integrated Network, overseeing value-based care delivery across 2,000+ providers, 4 hospitals, 100 clinics and over 87,000 covered lives. She is responsible for payer contracting strategy, provider network development, clinical performance governance, compliance protocols, referral management pathways, and enterprise-level operational excellence. Her leadership continues to expand PSW’s footprint in Medicare Advantage, commercial and employer-direct value-based contracts.
Prior to this, Alicia served as President and Director of Operations at Eastside Health Network, where she built large-scale accountable care frameworks, negotiated payer partnerships including Microsoft and Premera, strengthened analytics-led population health programs, and aligned provider engagement strategies to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality and patient outcomes.
Earlier, she was Executive Director at Eastside ACO, where she led Medicare value-based care programs covering more than 16,000 beneficiaries, establishing governance, analytics, compliance and provider enablement models that significantly improved care coordination and financial performance.
Before transitioning into population health leadership, Alicia spent several years with Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, where she managed enterprise-wide supply chain, logistics and value-analysis programs, delivering multi-million-dollar annual savings, operational redesigns, ERP implementations and clinical standardization initiatives. She began her professional journey in leadership roles within the United States Air Force and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), managing high-value federal contracts, complex acquisition strategies, and large multidisciplinary teams.
