Boston, Massachusetts, United States, May 2025 – Alison Bayiates has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer at Nasuni, a leader in hybrid cloud storage solutions. In her new position, she will oversee the company’s global people strategy, leading HR initiatives that support Nasuni’s mission to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable data management to enterprises worldwide.
Prior to joining Nasuni, Alison Bayiates served at Veracode for nearly nine years, most recently as Chief People Officer. During her tenure, she led talent management initiatives that aligned closely with business expansion, employee experience, and organizational performance. She previously held the roles of Vice President of Talent Management and Director of Human Resources, playing a pivotal role in scaling Veracode’s people operations through multiple growth stages.
Earlier in her career, Bayiates held key leadership positions at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, where she served as Senior Director of Human Resources and previously as Director of Employment and Employee Relations for a decade. She was responsible for driving talent strategies, organizational development, and employee relations during a period of significant growth and innovation in the cybersecurity space.
In addition to her corporate leadership, she also served as a Partner at Artison Restorations, where she combined her business acumen with strategic investments in real estate.
