In her expanded role, she will continue focusing on developing and retaining top legal talent while leading the firm’s efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture across all its offices.
Allie Jackson has been part of Lawson Lundell LLP for approximately five and a half years. Prior to her recent promotion, she served as the Director of Legal Talent for about two and a half years, where she played a key role in talent acquisition, development initiatives, and mentorship programs for legal professionals. Before this, she was the Director of Student Recruitment and Development for approximately three years, contributing significantly to early-career legal talent development and law student mentorship strategies.

Before joining Lawson Lundell LLP, Allie worked as a Lawyer at Sugden, McFee & Roos LLP for nearly eleven years, where she gained extensive experience in litigation and legal advocacy.
