San Diego, California, United States, November 2025 — Allison Ericson has started a new position as Sr. Director, Global Talent and Learning at Hologic, Inc. In her elevated role, she will guide global talent strategy, leadership development, enterprise learning programs, and organization-wide capability building across Hologic’s worldwide operations.
In her most recent role with Hologic, Inc., Allison served as Sr. Director, Medical Education, Sales Education and Development, where she strengthened global medical training frameworks and enhanced sales capability development. She led large-scale education programs that supported medical excellence, technical product knowledge, and performance enablement across markets.
Prior to that, Allison held the position of Director, Medical Education, Sales Education & Development at Hologic, Inc., contributing significantly to curriculum design, clinical education, and competency-building initiatives. Her work supported customer-facing teams and ensured alignment between medical education content and frontline sales needs.
Earlier, Allison excelled as Director, Sales Education & Development and Director, Human Resources at Hologic, Inc. In these roles, she supported both HR strategy and commercial capability development, enabling stronger people processes, enhanced sales performance, and targeted talent support systems across the organization.
Before transitioning into HR and education leadership roles, Allison served as Principal Human Resources Business Partner and Organizational Development & Learning Specialist IV at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe), spending over a decade building deep expertise in organizational development, HR partnering, capability building, and talent-driven culture transformation.
Across the earlier years of her career, Allison held scientific and technical roles including Account Manager at Lab Support (Apex Systems), Project Manager at Bioserv Corporation, Chemist at Quidel, and Associate Scientist at Pacific Biotech (an Eli Lilly Company). These foundational scientific roles enriched her understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, and biotech operations—experience that later shaped her excellence in medical education and talent development.
