Phoenix, Arizona, United States, March 2026 — Allison Sheaves has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Big Brand Tire & Service, bringing extensive executive HR leadership experience across national operations.
Allison joined Big Brand Tire & Service as Chief People Officer in November 2025 and now formally assumes the CHRO role, where she will lead enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design initiatives. In this capacity, she will help strengthen the company’s culture and support its growth as a leading tire and automotive service provider.
Prior to joining Big Brand Tire & Service, Allison served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Troon, where she shaped and executed comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Her leadership focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, inclusion, workforce planning, and change management—positioning the organization for sustained operational success.
Earlier, she spent nearly 17 years at Republic Services, including serving as Vice President – Human Resources, Field Operations. In that role, she directed HR functions for a field organization of over 36,000 employees nationwide, driving strategic HR vision aligned with operational growth, leading M&A integration efforts, and strengthening succession planning and engagement initiatives. She also served as Director of Human Resources – Area, overseeing HR operations for 4,000 employees across a $1.1 billion revenue region.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Dick’s Sporting Goods and HCR ManorCare, where she built strong foundations in employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
With nearly three decades of experience in human resources leadership across retail, healthcare, environmental services, and hospitality sectors, Allison Sheaves’ appointment as CHRO reflects Big Brand Tire & Service’s continued investment in people-driven growth and organizational excellence.
