His most recent role there as HR Director involved leading the HR department in Mexico, where he drove major initiatives across compensation management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning. His tenure at Nestlé was marked by profound contributions to HR policies and workforce management, including his leadership as Senior Manager of Compensation and earlier as Human Resources Manager.
Prior to his impactful career at Nestlé, José Manuel played a key role at CIE, a prominent entertainment and live event company in Mexico, where he held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager for over two years. He also has significant international experience from his time as a Human Resources Manager at Orange España in Madrid, showcasing his capability in managing diverse teams and complex HR operations across different cultural settings.
