Prior to her tenure at WeirFoulds LLP, Bhika served as a Human Resources Manager at RSM Canada, where she was integral in strategizing HR operations for the firm’s diverse commercial practices. Her role at PwC Canada as a Human Resources Advisor further solidified her expertise in employee relations and HR policy development, serving both in-house and consulting capacities which included substantial work with Dentons, another leading law firm.
Bhika’s earlier experiences also include impactful roles at ACCES Employment, where she contributed to HR programs aimed at integrating internationally trained professionals into the Canadian workforce, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers South Africa, where she managed HR functions for a large audit group specializing in the mining and construction industries.
