Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 2026 – PocketHealth has promoted Allison Vandenberg to Director, Human Resources, recognizing her significant contributions to the organization and her leadership across people and patient experience initiatives. In her expanded role, Vandenberg will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational culture as PocketHealth continues to scale its AI-driven healthcare workflow platform.
Vandenberg has been with PocketHealth for over eight years, steadily progressing through a series of leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Human Resources, where she helped strengthen HR operations and support the company’s growing workforce. Earlier, she held positions including Senior Manager, Patient Experience, Manager, Patient Experience, Patient Experience Team Lead, and Patient Experience Representative, playing an important role in building processes that improved patient engagement and service delivery.
Before joining PocketHealth, Vandenberg worked with Integra Health Centre as a Healthcare Administrator, where she supported patient experience initiatives, communications, and operational processes. She also gained stakeholder engagement and coordination experience during her time with WE, where she worked as a Relationship Coordinator, and earlier contributed to student leadership and community initiatives while working with the University of Toronto.
Her promotion reflects PocketHealth’s commitment to recognizing internal talent and strengthening leadership capabilities as the company continues its rapid growth in healthcare technology.
