In her most recent tenure at Apollo Global Management, Inc., Allison Weis has spent nearly three years contributing to the firm’s human capital strategy. Prior to her promotion, she served as Principal, Human Capital Business Partner, where she partnered closely with business leaders across the organization, supporting talent strategy and people initiatives aligned with Apollo’s growth ambitions.
Before joining Apollo, Allison Weis built a long and distinguished career of nearly 18 years at Morgan Stanley, holding several senior leadership roles in human resources and talent management. Most recently, she served as Executive Director, Talent Management, based in New York, United States, focusing on enterprise-wide talent strategies.
Earlier at Morgan Stanley, she was appointed Executive Director, Head of Institutional Securities Group Experienced Recruiting, followed by a substantial tenure as Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partner, where she supported senior leadership across key business divisions. She also held roles as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Business Partner – Technology Division, and HR Business Partner – Fixed Income and Commodities Division, demonstrating deep exposure to front-office and technology functions.
She began her professional journey at Morgan Stanley as a Campus Recruiter within the Equity Research Division, laying the foundation for a career that has consistently bridged talent, business partnership, and leadership development.
