His focus will be on expanding AGANA’s partnerships with defense forces and OEMs, positioning its modular autonomy stack as a game-changer in modern warfare — delivering intelligence, precision, and safety across domains.
Career Journey
Before joining AGANA.TECH, Alon Ascher served as Chief Business Officer at Bluewhite, where he spent over six years leading the company’s strategic expansion and technological innovation in autonomous agriculture. During his tenure, he also served as US General Manager and VP of Business Development, helping transform Bluewhite into a global leader in autonomous farming solutions leveraging AI, robotics, and big data.
Earlier, Alon co-founded Aduptiv, a SaaS AI startup focused on computer vision-driven customer experience optimization, where he led business strategy, fundraising, and operations. He also served as a Technology & Strategy Advisor at the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, contributing to Israel’s national roadmap for smart transportation and autonomous vehicle policy.
Alon’s foundation in technology leadership was built during his nine-year tenure in the Israeli Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Major. He led a $150 million R&D program involving over 30 multi-disciplinary projects focused on UAV platforms, sensors, and autonomous systems, and was recognized for his innovative approach to operational problem-solving and cost optimization.
