New Delhi, India, July 2024 – Aman Sharma has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer at Indian Rice Exporters Federation, where he will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives to enhance the federation’s growth and efficiency.
Aman Sharma brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Indian Rice Exporters Federation. Previously, he was the Director and Co-Founder at India Corporate League, where he built an engagement platform for organizations to engage their employees via sporting events and technology application platforms.
Prior to that, he served as Head Supply Chain Infrastructure at VEGROW, overseeing property hiring, central non-fruit inventory buying, housekeeping, security team deployments, and solar power initiatives.
He also held the role of Associate Director – Supply Planning at Blinkit, managing supply planning and operational excellence.
At Amazon, Aman worked as a Regional Facilities Manager, where he managed building system management, maintenance, and operational risk management for multiple locations in India.
Earlier in his career, he was the Manager – Projects & Maintenance at J M BAXI GROUP, handling pan-India projects and maintenance, and a Sr. Electrical Consultant at Mott MacDonald, working on various projects in Mumbai and Goa.
Aman started his career as an Assistant Manager – Maintenance at Surya Pharmaceutical Limited and a Sr. Engineer – Maintenance at Time Technoplast Ltd, gaining valuable experience in handling formulation and API units as well as moulding units.
